Nonrefundable Deposit Clients are required to pay a nonrefundable deposit that is 50% of the service booked. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide 48 hour notice if they want to cancel their appointment. If cancellation is made within less than 48 hours before appointment their deposit will be forfeited. No Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointments without any notice prior to appointments will forfeit their deposit and be required to pay 65% of their service. Rescheduling Policy Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment are allowed to do so as long as I have 48 hours notice. The deposit paid for the appointment can be applied to the rescheduled date.
